Our toyboxes and gift baskets are only made up when we receive your order. Each order is then given the care and attention it deserves which allows for individuality to each basket.

We always aim to have as much stock available as possible, however, with space at a minimum, cannot always keep many items in stock for immediate delivery. We would advise you, therefore, to order early to avoid disappointment. Hopefully, this situation will change when we move to new premises. The large toyboxes will take approximately 28 days for delivery, but we will contact you with an estimated date.

Delays do sometimes occur and if this happens, we will advise you by telephone, e-mail or in writing. Our product range is always expanding, so the contents of a treasure chest may vary from time to time, but quality will always remain high.

All large treasure chests include teddy, chocolates and non-alcoholic champagne.  Small hampers or baskets will include teddy and chocolates only. Additionally, should you have specific requirements or a spending limit lower or higher than that  stated, please do not hesitate to telephone us first to discuss your order - we are more than happy to assist.

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your order from Teddy's Treasure Chest. In the rare event that you are not, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to resolve the problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the goods are damaged the purchaser should contact us within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Damaged goods must be returned to us at the address on the Contact Us page, suitably packaged. Teddy's Treasure Chest will replace or refund the items concerned.

Teddy's Treasure Chest reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable.
