Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We will try and ship all orders within 3 working days, providing all contents are available. We do not ship at the weekends, however, we will be happy for customers to pick up gifts with a prior appointment.

Q: Do we ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship anywhere in the world but for non-UK deliveries, please e-mail to obtain a delivery quote before ordering.

Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive an email confirmation, followed by a dispatch email. If we were unable to ship you will be advised by email.

Q: What guarantees are offered?
A: Our customers are very important to us and therefore if you or the recipient of the gift is not 100% happy, providing the basket/ box is fully intact it can be returned to us for a full refund within 7 working days.

Q: Do we dropship?
A: As a rule we usually ship to the billing address given, but should you wish your gift to be delivered to its recipient, please e-mail with your order details and the delivery name and address and we will do our best.

Q: What happens if I give an incorrect address?
A: If the gift has already been dispatched and the freight company cannot deliver, it will be returned to our office, we will contact you to obtain the correct address, however you will be charged £12.00 for re-delivery.

Q: Do you sell Corporate or multi orders?
A: We are happy to work with large and small corporate clients where we will be happy to help with their gift buying.
