Once you have ordered your gift, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. At present, deliveries of all our products are to the address on the billing information.

We always aim to have as many hampers in stock as possible. However, with our current working space at a premium, we cannot always ensure all items
are in stock for immediate delivery. We would advise you, therefore, to order early to avoid disappointment.

When your gift has been made up and is ready for delivery, we will e-mail you advising of despatch. All our products are delivered by courier, so should reach you within 48 hours of despatch.

Delivery charges

The order amount referred to above comprises the total cost of goods as stated on this website.

Our couriers will require a signature for all parcels, so please ensure someone will be available to receive your order. Should you or the recipient not be home, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour, or post a card through the letterbox to inform that a delivery has been attempted.

Please ensure that the correct address is provided, including the full postal code and a telephone number, if possible.

On the rare occasion that a Treasure Chest product is returned, we reserve the right to charge a courier return fee if, for example, the incorrect delivery information was supplied for the gift.
